Roles
For your visitors' and buyers' data, you are the controller and Sentinela Ads is the processor. For your account data, Sentinela Ads is the controller. The data protection officer's contact will be published on this page in the reviewed version.
Data we process
Clicks, visits and sales on your domains. Buyers' email and phone are stored only as hashes or encrypted.
IP addresses
We store the IP only as a hash and in truncated form (IPv4 up to the /24 network, IPv6 up to /48), never in the clear.
Payment card
Card data goes only through the payment processor. Our servers never receive it.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to perform our contract with you and under legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention. We keep it for as long as the service and legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion and portability of your data, and for review of automated decisions, through the support channel in the dashboard.
